There are no tickets for Woodstuke (or Ukestock – you choose!) and no costs to you – however we do need to know who will be coming.  Strathcona County has by-laws on gathering events that we must recognize.

· We need to know how many ukulele player/singers are coming so we can send them all the music.

· We need to know how many other folks will be joining us to ensure that we are compliant with bylaws.

Please send us (by email) the following information for each person attending if you plan to join us:

· First name

· Last name

· Email address

· Phone number where  we can contact you in the event of a last minute change:

· Will you be playing ukulele?

· Name(s) of Ukulele Circles you attend

· Do you plan to stay for the potluck supper around 5pm?

· Do you plan to stay for the Woodstock movie around 6pm?

· Do you plan to stay for the fireside strumming and singing around 9 pm

We will send you music files for the songs listed on the Woodstuke web page for you to print.

Which file format do you prefer?

· Adobe ((pdf) for printing

· WORD (docx) for any changes and printing

· or ONSONG (Plain Text) for the ONSONG app for Ipad

Register to attend Woodstuke

We will immediately send you  the Woodtuke songs in your choice of format (Practice! Practice!)

We will subsequently send you

· Directions to our acreage and car parking instructions for the subdivision

· Final program of events

· Alternative details in the event of a rain-out on August 18th.

We hope that each ukulele circle will try to carpool to our acreage subdivision to minimize parking which will be on the subdivision road only.

Please register by midnight, Friday August 16th, 2019
